The hotel offers exactly what I need. Nice and professional staff, perfect cleanliness, calm atmosphere, comfortable beds, delicious and rich breakfasts, free parking and an ideal location. I definitely recommend this hotel. Compared to the Marriott in Berlin, this one in Brno is much better.
We spent an amazing week in the hotel. First, our room was upgraded, so we had a larger, perfectly clean and modern room with wonderful city view. The staff was very nice and friendly. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, both of which were tasty and plenty. They easily accommodated for dietary requirements. When faced with a problem, they were helpful and even compensated us for the inconvenience caused. I can only recommend this place!
This is one of my favourite hotels in Czechia. Always staying there with my dogs, never had any problem with a room service or service in general. The reception staff is friendly and helpful also. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center but it makes this place special and I really like it.
Most excellent stay. Exceptional quality of service and value. We arrived late as a family with young children and were welcomed into the sophisticated hotel and made to feel most welcome.
I liked the atmosphere of the hotel , very quiet with a modern lobby. The staff are very friendly , The Yard is amazing with a delicious food and friendly staff who are serving.
